Martin,
Like you I had a 3 Louvre order approx 3 hrs of time if you count travel , listening to customer etc.
Then a Year latter customer decides on a new set of blinds. It was a conservatory
I'm still with the Company have availability etc but no Company sends another advisor.
How do I know.
I was then asked to go and correct the blinds

I understood company policy was a minimum order vaue of £12.00. The issue of leaving measurements was brought up at the meeting in Leeds. The company are looking at sorting Sam so it doesnt give our measurements-win no 1. Two superb low value clients spring to mind. First one who specifically asked for a 9.00 am call on the dot on a saturday morning, 18 mile round trip & no one in & no call despite leaving a card. Best one was customer who cancelled at 8.15am with C leads, no call to me to let me know. Pulled up at 2.45pm to be greeted by next door neighbour who told me what C leads should have done hours earlier. Thirty seconds after getting back in car was punted from behind by a woman who knocked me 14ft forwards & sideways down the road resulting in neck & lower back injuries. Best thing was cos of injuries could only work part time for three months after & solicitor said the loss of £2500 in potential commision couldn't be proved as I was self employed. Think that will take some beating as a worst order, by the way, the customer never rebooked as a final insult.

This has to be the worst order value ever. 1 louver........ yes thats right one, total value $2.34. Commission on that is a staggering 0.34p. That was only a 20 mile round trip so well worth the money on a Friday night. If only it was as good as this every night. The only reason I did it was because she was a sweet old lady who did not have much money. Ain't life grand.
