I see that Hillarys now now issued me with a mis-measure fine on an order that has not even been fitted yet. How can they fine you for something you dont know about yourself

I know this is off topic but just noticed a TV program on channel 4 tonight at 7:55. ' is it just me?' Required viewing for FSM's I would have thought.

I ordered 7 X 25mm freehang pleated on SAM, and fitted them today.
For some un-known reason 2 of the blinds came with side guide cable - g0d knows why? . Anyhow i stripped the cables out whilst customer got me a cuppa! , and so they never knew of the problem.
Had i D/O/R'd them . i bet i would have scored a mis-measure fine - coz these seem to be applied randomly!

Interestingly my order values are at an all time low , and commission worse still!
FSM's were supposed to contact us all last week about the PL changes - But my FSM has 'lost' my contact details - LOL. I wait in vain .
Does anyone know the success rate hillary's have in converting new advisors from the advert 'vacancies' ? I guess Half of all suitable applications take it no further when they realise the hidden expences . Will new advisors accept this PL Scam ?
The only 'winning team' is hillary's , and i'd so much like to help them , so all my new orders are going to be 10 -14 day fit lead time - Ha Ha ! Slam 'em in !

How can they fine you for something you dont know about yourself _______________ I got THREE mismeasure fines for blinds that hadn't been fitted while we were on holiday last month!!! We had chased them...Hillarys decided to remake them because they didn't know where they were...and then put the first lot down as mismeasures!!!!  |

Production staff get fined for their errors the same as us. Not sure how much but they simply change the code so as it does not reflect on themselves and hope it goes unchallenged. Had it done to me a few times. Hillary's will say it can not happen but where there is a will there is a way. I know, I used to work in production and the things we could do that the management thought was impossible were unbelievable. Red Red |
