Got in from fitting this afternoon, to find "Initial City Link" courier, waiting for me with a delivery.
Thankyou Hillarys for getting one roller to me for xmas.
Unfortunately as we told you ,we didn't want the blind remaking again, we were informing you the control cord on the spring pull wasn't long enough !!!!!!!!!
My question is though, Why didn't you put on that couriers' van the wooden venetian blind, you tell me you would't despatch until new year. even though you have tod the irate customer it is ready for despatch.
So now customer rings to tell me you have given her 20% off invoice for non delivery before xmas.
Christmas lunch this year........Chicken dippers and beans......... ;D
