Reading through the latest mag from Hillarys made me think there is a certain lack of joined up thinking within the company. Many of things coming from different or even same source seem to be contradictory.
For instance ...... Do not assume or rush the customer = we’re going to book you 4 leads/3 hours
We want to get back to regional pricing = we’re doing 3/£99 nationally
We’re moving up to the Sanderson market = tried it before, launched 2/£99 at same time. Killed it stone dead
SAM will reduce the cost of running an agency = you’ll now pay for order forms (printer paper)
The £99 offers must finish 1st Dec = the £99 offers have been extended to 16th Dec
SAM will reduce the cost of running an agency = you’ll now pay data transfer costs for card transactions
You represent Hillarys and should wear Hillarys clothing = you’re self employed and must pay for it
You’re self employed and run your own agency = you’ll work the Hillarys way or be replaced
This is not an exercise in selling blinds for £99 = we’re finding better quality fabrics to make the offer more attractive
Hillarys are the market leader = we’re reviewing and copying what the small local companies do
Can you think of any more? Keep it real, you don't need to make them up, all of these have come from various postings, letters or updates from Hillarys over the last few months.
