:DAnyone fancy guessing what and when the next 'Buzz Word' will be.
my guess is 'conversion rate' February next year.
when at all costs conversions must be 90% or higher discount anything to get a sale.
then around May the wind will change and discounts will be number 1 priority, nothing above 10% without authorisation!!
No doubt the fsm will tell us to 'work smarter'
