Two weeks ago e-mailed Diary maintenance to change my availability, effectively doubling my available slots. After sitting on my harris all day for lack of leads decided that I would give DM a call to see what was happening. Guess what? They didnt have any availability for me today, nor yesterday, nor Saturday morning, and I'm sat here twiddling my thumbs wondering why theres no leads

I have cange my diary that many times to get more leads that I forgot how many, but nothing works, as for today my availablity was all day in every time slot, but what do I get , 1 call booked between 6-9pm, so far this week that adds up to 4 this week, I can't believe that business is that slow, it would nice to know how many lead are taken each week and how there are issued out, then maybe the diarys can be set so agents are not competing with each other and we all can make a living.

It appears that DM, as well as not putting my availability on their computer, also think that they can pass me leads for times when I have no availability. Looked at my e-mail this morning (Sunday) to find I had a lead booked in. I have never booked availability on a Sunday ________________________________________
