Are we allowed to say there are lots of factory D.O.R.s especially in the last 12 months and they are costing the advisor's lots of money and time !

Maybe it's me , but I seem to be getting much more right now.
What's an acceptable level ?
I know one thing for sure - they are quick enough to call us when we make a mistake !!!
