Have had 2 roller calls today and both were genuine and neither bought as both stated that they felt our roller collection was bland, tired, and without "Zap-factor". Certain printed samples were described by BOTH ladies as "Shower-Curtain" look alikes--!!
Strange---anyone had similar?? I suppose I get used to it on a daily basis, but the fact both these prospects had had other firms in before me raises a query in my head.. Or is it that I am just hacked off at not getting 2 sales??

No you are dead right. Our roller book is very poor, compared to our competitiors. The vertical book is the next to be replaced. its about time that Hillarys invested their millions of pounds profit they make, in keeping us at the forefront .

I'd settle for more realistic pricing. we dont have to have silly offers but we do need to bring prices bak in line with the competition.

I liked it when we could give discounts at our discretion, without being moaned at.... Then it was up to us how much commission we were happy to get for each job.... The trouble with lowering the prices ,it also lowers the commission.

Agree with Joy (& Mick), don't want to lower roller prices except may be blackouts a little
