???Venetian Puzzle Is it just me or does every advisor have to use a kitchen knife to take a sample out and why does the label face down like an end of day challenge is a case of you can look but don't ask the colour??

The problem with the venetian presenter is that it gets a bit of damp in it from being kept in the car. My solution is to carry an old sample from a previous presenter to slip in between the sample and the plastic to break the seal. the sample should then slip out easily.

make sure you do use an old one too- if it crinkles then it's only a spare !

I find that if you press down on the sample through the plastic (ie flatten it) it is then easy to remove - this doesn't damage the sample either.

Has anyone had a new wood venetian presenter? I'm still using the old one, but noticed today that 25mm mountain beech is out of stock.
Strange, because I've never had one that colour.

I wouldn't worry about your presenter ... no one wants to sell this new range ... CRAP!!! or what!!! ? You will find that colours now vary tremendously on the the same coloured blind & from your samples. I am close to deciding NOT to sell Woodens until changes are made. DOR'ing whole orders are getting me down.

I am also close to not selling the new wooden venetians. Been to one customer 3 times for 2 woods each time dor because we needed to be arnold swaznegger to lift them up. Another twice because sample didn't match the end product and then when they got it right the new ones wouldn't tilt. Every wood I have sold in the last 6 weks has had some sort of a problem with it but luckly most I fixed on site. Why is this happening? Who is making these blinds.
