Did someone post a message about the rights of self employed people? I would like to read up on the subject of us being expected to sort out Hillarys defective blinds under guarantee for no payment, and also the fact that they take back commission if they decide to give the customer a refund or discount after we have agreed a sale with a customer. Am I right in thinking that legally they can't do that? Surely Hillarys have agreed to pay the advisor 14.68% commission on the sale price agreed between the customer and the agent, at the time of sale. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I have asked Melissa to post a response to this question....so watch this space.....
