Did anyone get through on the phone to Hillarys yesterday afternoon. (Friday about 3.30pm)
I tried every department, from Quotes, Michael Pollitt, DOR's, Diary,even the number for customers to use, using both my phone lines, and was left hanging on for 20 minutes before I gave up and sent emails.
