Why on earth can't diary maintenance book in a DOR when they can book in a self generated lead? DOR's take time - particularly conservatory ones - and that time has to be taken out of the diary. At the moment the easiest solution seems to be to block out relevant availability - but that is unsatisfactory. Hillarys should be able to see at a glance how much time their DORs are costing us!

PS to the Diary maintenance and DOR's - surely when a customer calls in for a service call, it can be booked in centrally since they have the diary to hand. That means the customer gets an immediate slot and doesn't have to ait for us to call them , then for us to call diary and confirm...

Wouldn't want service calls booked in. I call them and say will telephone & drop in when have cancellation as this is quicker than giving them an appointment in the future. They seem happy with this and it means I can fit in service calls in between jobs when have time.
