When I found out that the company had put another agent in my area.

How do I find out ?

One of my own customers told me when she wondered why I hadn't been around to her daughters house and somebody else called !


It's a real slap in the face after spending years building up a good business of repeat customers and refferals in an area that only had a part time agent in before I started when he retired.

NOT impressed....

Know how you feel mate, it's happened to me every time they've replaced an agent in my area, I only find out through the grapevine. Wouldnt be so bad if they had the common courtesy to tell me when they replace ex agents

They don't care, and they don't care if your leads are cut, and they don't care how little you earn, basically they don't give a d**n. We wern't consulted or asked to review our availability or anything. We would have gladly, but no, we also found when we started attending missed appointments, but then they don't care. Is it Hillary's doing it, or the FSM? I bet it's the FSM.
