Just received the latest weekly mailer, including a sample of the new Chrome Venetian - trouble is that my sample isn't Chrome at all, it is a very definite metallic blue (but is still black on the reverse, indicating that it's meant to be Chrome).
Is everyone's sample the same, or have I been sent the wrong sample ? If this is the new Chrome then I am not even going to display it in my sample book because I can imagine every blind supplied resulting in a complaint.

Egg on my face, but I bet I'm not the only one ! Let's hope that when they make the blinds they peel off the protective layer in the factory and don't expect us to expose every slat ourselves. |

It was very nice of them to send out the new chrome venetian in the post. What they didnt take into account was the postman who folds the envelopes before pushing them through the door. I now have a miniture chrome boomarang.
