Subject High Call Volumes
Date 20th September 2005
We are currently experiencing very high call volumes in the Customer Service Department. This is due to both the recent promotion and insufficient resources.
We apologise for any inconvenience this is causing, in your not being able to contact us, or having to queue for long periods. Please be assured that we are doing everything to try to resolve this problem quickly
Could you please assist us by not making any unnecessary calls and contact us by fax or e mail if possible, with full instructions of your requirements. Also your assistance in not making repeat calls immediately, in the hope of getting through to us on a second occasion, would be greatly appreciated, as we are currently registering a 20% repeat call back rate.
This is a short term measure only as we are in the process of training seven new Associates to answer your and our customer calls and will be recruiting more in the next few weeks.

WOW!!!! Got my 5" weights today, and the Roman launch stuff with the driver. He has also promised to have a look at this site.... so hello to him if he does, and thanks for passing on the web address on your travels. |
