Maybe they are not bragging, just trying to do you a favour as they know how Hillarys treat their agents. Think about it.

I must disagree here I havent got Hillary's engraved on my forehead but I know alot of successful advisor's including myself who earn a very good wage of off Hillary's .We dont DUEL TRADE because we dont need too and I will tell you that most good advisers are rewarded by being a specialist etc OK so Hillary's have loads of problems but so what let me put this too you all.........

How many of you ex bin men ,shop-assistants-car salesmen-office workers -delivery drivers etc etc could expect to earn well in excess of 40k a year ? thats the same wage as a solicitor or similar professional. 40K PLUS I hear you shout yes 40k plus I know many advisor's around the country and before you shout NOT UP NORTH EEEBYGUM yes up north too and the midlands ........

Then why are some doing it and others not well alot is down to a few poor fsms but I have had my fair share there!!!!!!!!!! so what then well its our business so if your fsm dosnt help you then help yourself we re self employed self generate calls speak to marketing etc ,most successful advisor's do this

Its all about working with Hillary's doing the courses going that extra mile attending fsm meetings whatever they are

I'm getting pretty sick of the so called defectors posting how good life after Hillary's is and how much they are earning now when I know its not so green on the other side ,I also know of two posters on here who have pretended to leave but are back on here under different names "whats that all about" and they still work for Hillarys

This forum should be about improving our selves not pretending we are all leaving .Hillary's will be here long after we have all gone so either walk the walk or stop pretending

RUSSELL i dont wish to sound sarcastic or patronising, but what you have just said about being sick of ex advisors returning to boast of their new fortunes, well only the other day in your message to BEAR you invited him to call in on this forum and you are a Moderator of this forum so cant you stop these activities?
Also i too will be leaving this year. I have gone from being full time 6 days a week and each day looking forward to going to work, to now, part-time doing an absolute minimum because i despair at the majority of what Hillarys have done over the past few years. So while nothing is yet sorted, i know my time with Hillarys is fast coming to a close.

Hi all. If the current start to this year continues i can see it becoming an increasing difficult field to earn a decent living and i fear more advisors will leave.
Today an email has arrived from FSM asking for more availability, which is good for early FEB. But in my 5 years of Hillarys my diary has never been filled with so many timewasters and not a day has passed where someone hasn't said " I told the girl on the phone we can't afford any blinds yet, we just want a price." I dont mind giving anyone a quote but when someone today needed to think on an order for £66, its a bad sign and i will know doubt be getting a call soon regarding my conversion rate being poor.
With a tough financial year being forecast in the press its not going to be easy.

Well said .Double dealing in deed. I dont Know . The problem with Hillarys is this. The Management cant manage andthats afact. I Did leave. And yes lifes not always greener out there on the other side. Im not earning £40K £70K and never have. But what i havent earnt i aint missing. But its the quality of life i have now that matters. Home for the wife and kids at areasonable time. Appreciation from the company that supplies me. Satisified customers with value for money and above all im in charge of my life,Yes my life and My Business. Isnt that what life was all about some 6 years ago when i joined? if you aint happy shut up moaning and do something about it you sad pathetic lot of moaners

Can I suggest that this Topic & current trend with the comments cease before it gets nasty on here???!!!!

Some of you are very happy with what they make out of Hillarys .... Many are not ... & quite a few sell other things apart from Hillarys products .... Some sell similar products & some sell things not related to the industry.

May I suggest you keep these things to yourselves from now on.

You can make a lot of money if you put the time in!

There are equally ways of making more money with less OR more effort!

It is bad enough that Hillarys have & are behaving badly towards us & the industry without us having to battle with each other!

Above all .... let's be civil towards each other!!!!!!
