Hello & Goodbye folks!

This is The Bear signing off as I have now had a total belly-full of Hillarys and my strategy of getting to a date when my jobs are all fitted, paid for, and in my Bank, with no appointments booked due to spurious holiday booking has at last arrived.

I have rarely visited this site in the past few months, as I am seriously unable to take any more of the unending hassle that Hillarys visit upon me.
I have spent about 14 years here, and leave with regrets that a once-great Company that looked after the people up at the sharp end has now become a total shambles.
Commission has been stolen without explanation or cogent attempts at a reconciliation on the matter.
Discounts have been given in a totally unwarranted manner and I pay the cost.
Field Sales Managers and I've had about 8 have gone from worse to terrible to who?
I have been easily able to find another product in a different field to work with and so far the earnings are a good 25% better.

Thanks to all of you for your messages over the time we've been on here, but for the sake of my sanity I must away.

Oh, yes I nearly forgot, my FSM can easily replace me with the 2 recruits brought onto the patch in January, without ever a word to me-so I don't need to ever tell him I'm going , do I? Bast**d!

Bear...sorry to see you go, but fuly understand your frustrations.

We've not always seen eye-to-eye but have nevertheless remained on good terms and, in a way, I feel like I'm losing a good mate. I know you get to this part of the world occasionally so do still look me up for a pint.

Wishing you fortune in your new direction , the number of disgruntled advisors leaving the network must now be noticed by those at colwick , but i guess they just can't be arsed to do anything constructive to stem the flow .

Like you say Hillary's WAS once a good company to do business with , and the products were of good quality and value , but the last 2 or 3 years has seen it all go pear shaped.


I for one will miss your posts , all of them just underlining the same difficulties as experienced myself.

Please let us know how your venture develops , as i think we are all set to follow in your Bear prints!

My dear boy why do you feel so many will follow the bear ?,some of us successful motivated and "up too date " advisor's are doing quite nicely thank you.Surely the ones leaving are the dead wood AMONG ST us and all firms have these type of people hanging around.

And as for all ex advisers making fortunes after Hillary's well do you sir think in your wildest dreams they would tell you anything else

AND........ I think they all "try out" other options along side Hillarys, ::)and then leave when they see what they COULD be making elsewhere. AND do make elsewhere.

AND..... You don't see them come back, do you. ;D

Maybe they are not bragging, just trying to do you a favour as they know how Hillarys treat their agents. Think about it.

The ones that are leaving are usually the ones that are held back by hillarys incomp and do very nicely on their own.
