Does anyone know how we can increase members?
More members = bigger voice.
Does anyone know anyone "at the top" who will have agents email addresses?
Is anyone at head office reading this, think it's a good idea, and can help to spread the word?
PS Quick.....we have petrol in our village!!

Agreed more members = bigger voice but how do we get this voice heard at HO other than through our AFMs some of whom may be more or less willing than others to take on our gripes? Its all very well moaning amongst ourselves but unless we have an official channel through which we can pass the Forums views to HO it will probably get us nowhere.

Well, I will have some good news for you then amberley.
We will have some kind of rep from the company soon.
This will by no means give them any control over this forum or the views of it's members.
What we want from this is not only to draw on eachothers experience but also to have a balanced idea of why HQ do some things.
They are just as interested in what we have to say, but all too quickly do our moans and groans to our fsm's get brushed aside and HQ never really get the feedback they should be getting.
P.
ps, will keep you all posted on outcomes and future plans.

Talking to my delivery driver this morning and he said he didn't see a problem with giving everybody on his route a printed copy of the e-mail address for this site.

Hi Kev Welcome aboard. As you have probably read on the forum there are many interesting topics. Some you will no doubt agree with other you may not. In your position I would,if given the chance, go for the most important to you. Having done over ten years my self I have some issues that are important to me but not to others. The one good thing about this forum is it keeps you informed which is excellent, and gives you the opportunity to air your views good or otherwise. Enjoy your meeting. MM

Welcome Kev.
I'm off to the meeting in Leeds at the end of the month.
Look out for an email from this board as I'll be asking for a 'top ten' list of concerns together with suggestions etc to take with me to represent all on this forum.
