The solution is however simple. They want to put commission stop on you until they get all the balances in. That is tantamount to suggesting you are going to nick the monies yet to be collected. AND it affords them ample opportunity to pillage your due monies with fines and short-chamging until the cows come home. As we now learn more with each passing day about the motivations behind the suits in Colwick, may I suggest the following. Slowly get your fitting up to date before you want to leave ---go on an appointment block for a wekk or so until your money is banked, pull a sicky, or whatever until the cash is in and avoid doing sales , or give them to a neighbouring agent who can reimburse you a %-age, and then just go. Sod the 4 weeks notice. If giving 4 weeks notice puts you on commission stop, why give it at all ?Then simply taper your business off. and then trouser your wad, and leggit my son. When they realise youve gone what are they going to do. Loyalty is a 2-way street in the real world which is NOT Sillarys world. They do not think twice of shafting you with extra piss-poor agents on the patch, just because its been the wrong day of the month for some FSM. Play it their way when you leave DO NOT GIVE NOTICE --IF YOU DO, YOU ARE SAYING GOODBYE TO YOUR CASH--WHAT ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO RUN YOURSELF ON FOR THE 4 OR 5 WEEKS IT WILL TAKE THEM TO PAY YOU? Its the only way to cover yourself, run it down, then leggit sharpish
