Hi Mike When I first started posting put my name and Advisor Westleah at the end of the post...............am based in Swindon, Wilts. How do I show my name like your's and the others? Just assumed that everyone knew who I was so only signed off Karen. Definately think the site would be more credible if we used our own names...........I don't say ought on here that I wouldn't say to my FSM and I finally have one now too!! Paul Stothard and he seems nice and fair. Des, can't wait for the flashing lights and fan fare when I hit 1000!! Can just picture myself and customer doing a jig around the sitting room this evening!!! ;D Karen Lloyd Advisor Westleah Swindon Wiltshire

This will probably be my last reply as I am no longer an Advisor so no doubt I will be expelled.
To be honest I just got fed up.
Some weeks no leads other weeks not enough.
Changes to the Fine system which I think is wrong all together.
Expecting Advisors to pay up to £250 if customer complains etc were the final straw.
But the 15% commission was not enough
to cover my expenses
Which made me feel bad every day.
Not sure if talking to company has achieved anything, but The Forum gave an opportunity for advisors to talk and share problems.
Although I have not looked recently I would have liked to see more ideas on improving profitability for Advisors, perhaps discussion about non competing add ons that Advisors could inform customers about thus improving profitability.
Anyway nice to have met you.
Paul how is the Photography Forum going?

Sorry to hear of another fellow adviser leaving , !t does seem a mixed bag out there at the moment some are very busy others are not .I do like your idea about improving profitability though a new thread on this will be forthcoming I personally am in favour of letting ex advisor's remain on the forum if their input is mainly constructive .Anyway good luck in all you do let us know how you get on

Please reply to the email I sent out on this here. Personally, I would echo the sentiments of others, insomuch that I guess it lessens the feeling of isolation. ( I have never, in 40 years worked for a company where communication is so bad.) Apparantly as of today I have a new FSM. as no-one has bothered to tell me I am only assuming this to be so !!!! However it has reinforced my belief that no-one in the company really gives a d**n for us guys, (and gals), at the sharp end. Most of the frustration I have are shared by many others. Every time I log on I sit nodding my head and silently agreeing with the many issues raised. But does anything change and does anyone really listen? Keep up the good work and maybe one day someone may realise that, so many voices echoing the same sentiments are not simply moaners, but have genuine desires to improve and secure both their own and the company's future. I genuinely care about the company and "my customers". I do not believe the company cares about either me or my customers. Or is it just me being cynical ??

I'm well pleased with myself.............managed to find out how to change my profile all by myself!!! Well done, Karen...nice to see someone else 'coming out' and hope others will follow suit. Now that I know who you are I realise that we have also met - weren't we on the same Shutters course a few months ago, and your other half too ? How are shutters going for you ? On a different subject, sorry to see you leaving Inkjet, but hope that you've got something lined up and many thanks for all your comments and input which have helped to keep this forum alive. Good luck in whatever you are doing next.

No email received here either. But yes keep the site going. I have not been posting too much recently, and came close to cancelling my sub, because of all the 'vile' postings by a few advisors. There is a big difference between posting a legitamit gripe, we all have those, and being totally offensive, not just to those running this forum, but to those in the Hillary's senior management.
It may well let you vent off your steam, but it does not help the values that this forum can give to the majority of agents. So let us all here show some professionalism, ... please.

I know who you are .............. And I hit E1000 a few weeks ago. The SAM device played a loud fanfare, flashed lots of lights, changed from silver to gold, and credited my account with 1000 brownie points Link to Post - Back to Top Logged -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Des.....this isn't fair.......I finally hit E1000 and got none of the above so missed out on my jig around the lounge with my customer! My SAM device just crashed on me instead...........not kidding either! Shutters have been really quiet lately. Have installed 2 customers so far and waiting on another 2 loads to be delivered. 1 customer wants to install them himself.....bless him!! Oh by the way Des..................mud mud mud mud!! Is that ok for you?! ;D Also, glad we've gone to Shadewell..........do you think this means I'll finally be getting my pink parasol promised at the last forum........maybe see you Des in Southampton on the 5th September. It's great for trapping the kids in the back of the car tho!!! Could have sworn I was told Southampton today..............will have to wait for my confirmation invitation! K ;D
