I have it on very good authority that RK is pushing FSMs to squeeze as much extra availability from us as they can over the next few weeks

why would they want extra availibilty, I have availibility for 35 sales calls every week and I have NEVER had a full week . This week I have got 12 leads so once again why are they pushing for more availibility? ??

why would they want extra availibilty, I have availibility for 35 sales calls every week and I have NEVER had a full week . This week I have got 12 leads so once again why are they pushing for more availibility? ?? I have had customers booked in 2 or 3 weeks ahead when I have had the availability in my dairy. When I have asked the customer why they did not want an earlier appointment they have said, It was the only one offered to me. Sometimes there genuinely is not a convenient place to put customers in our diary so why dont CLG staff use a little common sense and ring us to see if we can get them in somewhere. I have had the odd one do just this and have thanked them for their common sense approach and have always got the appointment. This should be standard practice. Red

Had one today, customer was let down by another advisor, please could I fit her in next tuesday, She couldnt put her in my diary cos I only had 2 slots left due to a 6 slotter. Because she asked so nicely I told her of course I'd do it. Cindy was her name (still is probably ;D ;D ;D)

lf they want extra availabilityand they put it in, and if they do not use that extra availability then they should be charged for having you on standby and not using you. £20 should do for every un-used slot.
You are self-employed and they should pay for your services.
