Just realized a very concerning downside to the way service calls are to be dealt with. Recent mailer states service calls to be booked in diaries. Does this mean if you have no availability (for any reason, e.g. holidays, sickness or just too busy) that the service call will be directed to another adviser effectively at your expense? If so this is daylight robbery!!!! Has anybody realized this and if so what response have you had from FSM or Hillarys?
Perhaps this topic should have been SHAFTED.

Now I really do think Hillary's have lost the plot.
First my fsm forces my diary, which I dont mind too much. Then they book me 2 appointments for 6 slots each as its a conservatory totally defeating the object of adding more slots. It has never taken me 1 and a half hours to do a conservatory. Next thing will be my fsm asking me for more availability. Its like a push me pull you off Dr Doolittle. Does any one know what they are doing at Hillary's these days?.
OK I GIVE UP. I HAVE TRIED TO REMAIN POSITIVE BUT NOW I GIVE UP. SHOOT ME NOW.

Red, I've been of the opinion for some time that most people at Hillarys do know what they're doing, they just don't know what anyone else is doing. Hillarys seem to have evolved in to a series of independent departments all beavering away doing their own little thing with no coordination. Your pushme-pullme analogy is spot on
