A number of people have been reporting that standard DOR's ( ie parts missing etc ) are not being reported as such.
This results in two things. Lower errors on HQ's books + it doesn't count as an error so we have to go out and fit/repair/replace etc for free ---- again !!!!
Had one today, no returns number as he said ( under his breath ) he couldn't record it as a DOR !!!!

A DOR isn't a DOR if it's part of the first fit. I've alreay had this clarified by service support. If you have 3 Hillarys errors on a first fit, that's 1 DOR If you have 3 mismeasure on a first fit, that's £60 And whilst I agree with motters that we all carry spares, or at least should, there is a limit. Just before Christmas I had 3 jobs in a week with no, or seriously too few 89mm hangers. I used around 120 I had as spares, cut down over 50 127mm hangers and pinched some from another job ( must of waited 3 weeks to get some more aswell - Motters)
