Likewise, only to pleased to help where possible. Done a lot of 20mm pleated, roof incl. p/crank, freehang and tabs in to beading. Fair few awnings and canopies Heavy SAM user, over 900 uses now. Please don't ask me about shutters - only just done the course 07917230862

On the subject of contacts, is anybody using a VOIP phone yet ? Some firms give free calls overseas to certain countries and they reckon its real handy. In a customers house this week and he was talking to his pal in Spain,for free using bluetooth as well, I was well impressed Any comments. MM

Hi GVM Dont suppose you have an exploded drawing of crank 20mm have you..I took one apart the other day but couldnt get the cord to wrap correctly around the bobin,in the bottom rail. Iwould add it was another agents cockup.

Afraid not. Isn't there one in the handbook? Thought I'd seen it but lost my handbook many months ago.
I've had winder problems on both 20mm and deluxe romans, but haven't bothered trying to strip and repair as they seem very fragile and difficult to realign. I've got a p/crank back at h/o at the moment and even they rang, saying they couldn't do much without me supplying the original dimensions.
