is the new specialist way working? since my last area meeting when this new system was announced I am having diary /m ringing me asking if I can cover both awnings and conservatory's sides only because they have nobody in my area.(the sides I do who wouldn't) ;D but the awnings I can't, mainly because no paperwork/brochures or general info so we maybe loosing orders all round the girls on d/m even say they are not being covered,so why don't the powers that be have another look at this now its been running for a few weeks and maybe look at the advisor's that did them before the change so no one misses out

No, I don't think the new high ticket way is working. I've had 15 - 90min leads, of which 1 was for a canopy and 3 for roofs. The other 11 each cost me a lead, as they left 2 odd slots that couldn't be used. Just as well I'm not busy else my FSM would be asking for more hours or more slots/3 hours.
When this was introduced, my FSM did the training and agreed that 90 minutes should only be allocated for roof inquiries, not all conservatory leads. Guess he already knew at that time that he was leaving Hillarys and wouldn't have to worry about it.

That would be a communication thing, so probably not. Would we care? Would we b*****y!

Bear, don't get too excited by the thought of 1 less FSM - he's already been replaced with another. Unfortunately, he was an FSM who listened and helped when asked but didn't interfere too much when not asked. You may not have experienced this type of FSM - my worry is that I may not again. I've now got Helen Stevenson - any recommendations from anyone? Not sure if she's long term (i.e. more than 3 months) or just filling in whilst Hillarys reorganise in to north/midlands/south again.
