By all the sales on verticles and fabrics being discontinued am I write to believe that there will be a new verticle book soon.
FSM spoke about doing away with price tables and replacing them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes....I do believe that a new Vertical presenter is due at the end of March. Don't know what fabrics are being discontinued or introduced but as long as they continue with Acacia (perhaps in even more colours) and Symphony, I'm not too bothered about the rest. I know a lot of advisors favour Capri, and a few more machine washables would be good, but it seems that the rest are just space fillers.
I also believe that the pricing of verticals is changing at the same time, following a trial in Yorkshire. Instead of seven price tables it will be reduced to just three on the principle of 'good, better, and best' but the whisper is that they will be called 'classic, premium, and deluxe'. All sounds good to me - seven price tables were stupid, and selling a table 7 fabric at full price was almost unattainable (I think I've managed it just 4/5 times in 14 years).

3 price tables were tried once before.
discount offeres were low
Prices of blinds went up.
No two for deals
Personally I found it a disaster and was uncompetitive with the local competion which is well established.

Have been taking part in the Yorkshire trial since Oct, started slow but since the offers came on board in Jan, sales have gone up. A lot better system, less complicated and more choice for the customer when ordering 1 blind, they tend to go for the price band 2 & 3 now so more commission.

Nice to hear someone has got one. It is apparently due to be launched next Monday 21st but as mine hasn't arrived on todays delivery will be a day late to get aquainted with em! Still 12 yearrs & nothing new.
