Ordered some 25mm Venetians for a conservatory today but need some advice as to how to fix them...Its a wooden conservatory and the handles only stick out 1.5 cm...also there is a strip of beading running around the window edge of the sill which is also 1.5 cm wide...Can anyone recommend what type of bracket to use to bring the blind out such a small amount?..Using UEB's brings the blind out a minimum of about 3 cm, which would be too much as this would enable people outside to see in through the gaps at the ends of the blinds...Any suggestions??

For small clearances with 25mm blinds, try using the 35mm venetian brackets. Try using sample and spare brackets, to see if clearance is acceptable, it may not clear handles completely, but may be satisfactory to the customer. You will need to order them using the manufacturing notes field on SAM. Hope this helps.

Try either the brown or white pleated "appollo" anchor fixings, with the good old wood venetian screws from the good quality woods we used to do. like our screws for the top fix verts, only a bit thiner !! Tis a bit fiddly but does for me.

Can anyone please let me know the measurement of the Universal Ext Bracket for 25/35mm blinds measuring from the back to the to the front of the bracket where the back of the blind finally sits, hope this makes sense difficult to draw in words....! I don't have a spare a have never needed to use them but I needed one yesterday...Doh I need to clear about 18mm for the top window handles in a conservatory and the standard ones will not give enough clearance. Thanks Dave
