Yes it is.....  A customer was complaining that she had an appointment booked for Saturday 8th October, and the fitter phoned her to cancel because he had won a prize at work of a ticket to a football match!! ;D The customer thought this was disgraceful, and asked for a refund, which Hillarys told her she could have. So... not really sure why she was complaining or why the Ed Doolan Show decided to take it on. Could've been worse!!  |
