hi ..heres one for ya'll I have seen this model before, (the way hillarys are operating) and it wont be too long now before we will be paying for our leads ..its a way to maximise lead effect, thin out weaker sales people, and subsidise the call centre...it will happen.... look how other franchises operate.. and you will see what i mean..as advisors looking for fairness and nothing else.... we need to be one step ahead!

There is absolutely no way i am paying for any leads. i am afraid it is time to move on. I know of another ex- advisor who has set up his own blinds company, and is wanting experienced people to work for his new flourishing company. stick that inyou hillarys contract and smoke it

i agree you have hit the nail on the head with this , they treat us advisors like something on the bottom of the shoe and we are what the customer gets to see first and last its not good to have a work force who feel they cant trust any one .

You could be right. about paying for leads
The last time i saw a Sales Manager, then she left, it was mentioned about Advsors taking responbility for their leads

I think they are good enough at that already. Red
