Anyone have any idea when chrome slats will be back in stock?? - latest stock-out report states 'severe supply problems'  (Perhaps any of you lurkers who work at Colwick Towers & have some insight into this situation ;D) I have rather a large order pending but dependant on supply - I have even offered a discount to the customer to chose another option but she is only interested in chrome (it takes all sorts !!) Thanks in advance for any info Topfixers |

Ditto. Also have a customer waiting for 3 chromes.
What that job showed was I took an order for some blinds, and to give a price types the other window sizes into SAM, using another slat colour. These were left as a quote. But when I went back to change a note, I noticed that both the order and the quote had been sent to HO.

Unfortunately our supplier is having long term issues with the production of the chrome slat. We will communicate any update on the availability of the slat on the Advisor Stock Availability Report.

Joy, you should know better than to change the subject of a message thread!!!!! The Imari woodweave is due to be with us around about 22nd May.
I'm sure you could get this answer from the service centre though.....
