Mick and I have now worked out our months notice. The actual day we "officially" left was the 15th November. During that whole month we had not a single phone call from our FSM to wish us well or thank us for our past hard work!

The only good wishes have come from you lot...most of whom we haven't even met. So many thanks to all of you who either pm'd or posted.


So we will just slip quietly away and consign Hillarys to the history book.

The "new bloke" has already started, and is not sure why he got 3 appointments in a slot where he asked for 2,in 3 different postcode areas, so he's learning the Hillarys way fast!

I guess he will also have to fit the 7 valances that we DOR'd about 6 weeks ago, and still have not arrived!

I am trying to wean myself off this site after being the 2nd member way back when it started, and having logged on probably EVERY day since!!

Maybe there is a site for ex-Hillarys agents I can join.

How nice of Hillarys management to not even pick up the phone or send an email to thank you for umpteen years service.

It truly shows that they are an uncaring grasping two-faced bunch who would not even speak with us when we have genuine grievances or ideas such as STOLEN COMMISSIONS etc!!

How then could we expect a civil thing to happen like a call to wish those leaving some good luck??

I suggest you do as I did many moons ago and leave a message on their phones Just saying how saddened I was by the fact no one bothered to speak to you or thank you, and ak them to reflect on how they will feel when the same thing happens to them--as it surely will!!!
I heard afterwards that a Personell Manager at the place I left saw fit to bollock every on the staff for their lack of appreciation.
One rang me sheepishly a week later, and I listened to him running out of words and as he got to the end I nailed him with " You will feel like I feel now when you leave as noone in the whole Company frankly gives a F*** whether any of its staff lives or dies" and then hung up

I felt good at least I hope it hurt him to the core.

Sad reflection on RossK's style of man management that no one even speaks to you in the week you leave after all those years.

He frequently visits here on Fridays after lunch and I hope he reads this-tho he hasnt been on for a month now!!

Best of luck in what you do--we all know there are others in this trade who appreciate our abilities and our worth with better products better rewards and better products than Hillarys-who will lose a lot more people when the 4 for 99 borlucks starts in January!!
I for one will not be doing those calls. Every one will be rung first and if they want it--it'll be sold out .My minimum sale is £149. Probably going up to £159 after I see the accountant on Tuesday.

Sorry to see you go, Joy.

You have been a mainstay of this forum and your input has been appreciated by most of us, along with your work towards gathering input for the seminars last January - a time when we all began to feel more positive about the future, only to learn that it would turn out to be a damp squib, window dressing, and more spin.

That you should turn out to be one of the casualties adds insult to injury, and will only serve to make us all watch our backs.
