I have to agree with you. I know Mike put a great deal of time and effort into working on behalf of the forum. His beliefs may become reality, but also may be unfounded. But whatever Mike believes will or wont happen in the future, there is absolutely no need for personal remarks against him. The least he has done is tried. He may not have failed yet. But even if it has, he gave it his best shot, so good on you Mike and all the others who put the time in to go to the forums. The least you did was try.

Some of the "scathing" remarks by the so called "blindfolded ones" (is that a scathing remark?) Were made by advisor's that were at the forums and have also given time, and more years of experience.
Many of us are very successful advisor's, but have learnt through experience we could do so much better if only Hillary's got there act together.
Maybe those that you consider to be "moaning" are looking at "alternative work"
I,m not sure that if any changes are made, Mike should get the credit! As implied by Red. Most people at the forums were not aware of this site, and Hillary's have been aware of all the current problems for a very long time.
Ask yourself why they are only now doing something about it.
Mike's print out is part of the process, not the catalyst for action!

I feel we should be thankful that we have guys and gals on this forum who have put themselves forward to take on the problems of us all.I for one is happy with what they have achieved in what is a short time with such a quite membership, who will not always stand up to be counted at the right time. so knocking them is a bit like shooting the messenger?
what we should all be doing is thinking could we have put together what these have? I know i couldn't have. the report from the forums itself is a masterpiece thats if you have found the time to read it or even ask for it.
the ball is obviously in hillarys court now and as we all know they only tell us what they want us to know when they want us to know.
so in future the people to shoot are at h/o not on this forum .
it would also be nice to hear from some more of the 461 members instead of just the usual ones, let us all know what you feel and think, its your forum, its your future use it and maybe things will get better before not too long.

Most people at the forums were not aware or this site, and Hillary's have been aware of all the current problems for a very long time. Hi Dibsdobs, I am not saying Mike should get the credit if things change. I did not mean to imply that. All I am saying is, just for thinking what he thinks and doing what he has done, he has been slated. He is not an enemy. I also put effort into the Sam survey. I did it because I also want to see changes for the better. Unlike Mike, I do not hold the conviction that Hillary's do care at all, unless it benefits them selves, but I would rather find that Mike is right and not me. Red
