I see that in under a week of my joining we are now close to 300 members. 500 more to go!!!

We have been told that there are about 900 advisors working for H at the moment. Quite a lot of those will not have a computer to access this site. I fear we may be close to the maximum number of members will will have now. Well maybe a couple of hundred more?  |

With this many members it is interesting that only a small number of people participate in the comments made. It would be nice to hear a few more opinions from those that have remained silent. Perhaps some feel they would like to comment on some threads that appear to have gone cold, but everyone should still pick on these threads even when a few weeks old as they are still relevant to us today.
So come on everyone lets here your thoughts!!!!

If the estimates of approx 900 advisors is correct then we now have approx 33% of the advisor workforce as members. Now if all those silent members added their voices, who knows what we could achieve

I have noticed a few guests and hidden people on this site. Who could they be I wounder? Still, it does not do any harm for them to know what most of us are thinking. Red |

If my FSM is watching I hope he does something to improve his demeanor & hopefully it will give him the incentive to do the best he can for us & for his own job satisfaction!!!!!
As for the upper levels of management they need to look at themselves because they are failing to do even a basic part of their jobs to a satisfactory standard.
