How much will losing your bonus cost you a year?

We started about 3.5 years ago..... so never had a bonus.

Used to be that 'stage 3' agents (full time) got a bonus % if they sold to a target. also i believe that agents in London were given a bonus (increasing inside M25) a bit like London weighting.

i've never been offered it though.

would seem too much like an old fashioned form of incentive to get agents to increase their sales. the 'Hillarys way' doesn't seem to allow for this, much better to fill peoples diaries with 3 for £99 c**p and expect them to sell 3 blinds at Hopscotch !!

All incentives went when Tony Hillary left. He knew it was the advisors that drove Hillarys and it was financial rewards that drove them, its human nature. Give a basic wage, get a basic return.
In turn the Hillarys brand was rewarded with year upon year of growth. , as in any buisness.
What will the next few years do for Hillarys? I know I am down half of the amount of work I did 2 years ago and if thats how it is everywhere then we are in trouble.

Count me in . I havent had a bonus for at least 6 months. I'm selling 20 odd grand a month, sorting all their nuts out, worked 15 years for them> thet just keep moving the goal posts. bonus, probably paid me around 6 or 7 grand each year. So am now ready for jacking in. its probably time for a change anyway.
Any new advisors be warned!!!

I don't think any new advisors have anything to worry about there - they will never see a bonus !
