whenever I sign in I notice that there is always at least one guest. I guess that this must be our Hillarys shadow

Not sure on that, as it gives no IP for them. Could just be a bug with the board.
Nothing to worry about anyway !

Well I can assure you that it was not me, I have waited to be invited.
I hope my membership on this board is not a problem, I have been speaking to "motters" regarding how we can help you with this site. I am keen that you have a way to feedback directly to me, to get things off your chests, as well as for us to pick up a few hints on how we could be better by listening to the coalface.
Please bear with me, I have not read very much yet, but "motters" recommends I have thick skin!

Yes come on Melissa, this can't carry on. Hillarys need us like we need Hillarys. Unfortunately, as you are probably allready aware, there are too many ailments, and no cures at the moment. Or thats how it appears to me. We are the ones running around so that you guys can get paid wether you do your job right or wrong. (not complaining, twas my choice). There is an us and them culture, and it is totally wrong!!!

Been with Hillarys over 16 years. Used to be a "partnership" arrangement, working together. Whole approach now seems to be whatever is good for Hillarys must be good for advisor so just get on with it. Don't know about other FSMs, but ours just seems to trot out the company message and can't understand any objections. I mean, how can anyone, in all seriousness, promote 3 for £99 as a great opportunity to get in front of customers and sell up to clouds? I used to consider a clouds sale as something to be ashamed of, not aspire to.

Grey van man hits the nail on the head
FSM's think you are being long in the tooth for not accepting change
and yes clouds has long been the fabric you sell down to when the customer can't afford anything else
did 60 miles last night for 200 sales in total
happy Xmas everybody
