Appointments...

I would like to be able to read the full details of customers booked in the diary before the night before their appointment.

I had a call last week , followed by another in the same street a day later. I could have called them and maybe arranged to go the same day...
Also, if a customer is out, I could maybe call on someone else to fill the space ..

You do get the postcodes.

I've used multimap loads of times to help out with finding some places.

I use www.uk.map24.com. Its a bit slower than multi-map but I find its more up to date especially with new estates
