Those with SAM will know that you can input using the "soft" keypad on the screen and can get capitals by using the CAP or Shift function. However, you can get capitals by tapping the letter on the keypad and sliding the stylus up the screen

if you want to find out what the customer told the call centre they were interested in and for what room, go to the page showing notes and the drop down menu for sales outcome. change outcome from PDA order to roof/conservatory referral and hit green arrow. this will take you to a page with tick boxes of what customer wants. doesn't show 3 for £99 though  |
