One of my own gripes is that the connection fails sometimes.
Reseting the SAM device normally sorts it out, but it is a pain.

I have made it a standard practice that after housekeeping has finished in morning I do a soft reset. Since i've started doing this i've had no problems connecting to printer

Glad it's not just my printer then.... I will try the soft reset...it's embarrassing when you are sitting watching the printer, and telling the customer how clever it is, and it does b****r all!

if the connection to printer fails it is probably just the bluetooth setting turn printer on and use bluetooth settings in sam to check it see's the printer before you enter sam to order blinds

I have the same problem; it’s usually down to the Bluetooth connection, save time and assign one of the buttons to blue tooth manager, that way you can quickly check to see if the connection has been made and if not then set it up.
Start/Settings/Buttons Choose your button (I use button 2 top left) then at the bottom select Bluetooth Manager from the dropdown list.
Press OK (top right) and its done
Now you can save time setting up/checking/ and starting the Bluetooth printer connection by pressing the button on your PDA phone (SAM)
However don’t be disheartened, even a seasoned IT consultant like myself has to do a soft reset of the phone sometimes three or more times a day, this is unfortunately normal with such a PDA phone.
