Sam Riped off Again

As you are aware i left Hillary's sometime ago but had to keep Sam as it was under contract for X time

As I had a special bank account to cover such expenses I failed to pay in enough to cover SAM last march £9

It appears they blocked my phone and stopped asking for Direct Debits. I was not aware there was a problem and thought bills were getting paid.

I thought I was in a poor reception area at my house and when i tried using sam i got call ended very quickly.

As I had a Virgin phone I was not too worried.

Last week I went to better reception area tried to use Sam still sane problem.

Vodaphone blocked my phone last March did not tell me

Bills I got said monthly rental £8 but no money outstanding figure.

Phone Vodaphone today they said they blocked my phone last March but Now owe £56 for line rental for service I could not obtain.

Their system does not allow them to contact me and advise that Im not paying them.

I said I would pa up to point they blocked service but this is not good enough for them.

If SAM does break down after two years even if you are paying line rental they will not repair it

I am disgusted they did not put on my invoices service suspended please contact us etc

There are a lot of savvy people on this site including solicitors and accountants that will be able to advise you. If nothing else at least its bad publicity for Voda phone.
Personally I would not pay it as nothing was being provided in the first place. Yes, pay the one month from when they canceled your contract but nothing else. It is up to them to let you know they could not collect money. They can not expect to collect payment for a service which they canceled in the first place but then the difference is not calls made or air time but contracted time. You need expert advice or just pay and get shut of them. Its a case of large business intimidating the small person I am afraid.

vodafone should have contacted you - through the invoices . I say they are in the wrong .

I went past their Office on the way North Yesterda.

If I had more time I would have staged a sit in, good job I did not stop Clutch went at Markham Moor

Hire Car last 30 miles

Caught in Jam on A57 for hour and haf
on way back

Gatage that was fixing Car had gone home

Thought I would be staying night in Trabelodge but managed to find boss.

Back to Vodaphone

I like to give them a fight even if I pay up in End.

Same as I did with Hillarys
