hi somewhere on this site there are details on how to change the printer settings so it prints one copy of the order, then the next copy rather than 2 page 1's,then 2's etc.
can someone let me know how to change the settings again as i can' t find it.

On SAM "Hello" page choose TOOLS/PAGE SETUP. Then put a tick in the COLLATE box. This is not permanant and has to be done each time you do a soft reset
