I've taken 2 orders with this release, both have had card payments problems. I know other advisors have had the same problem, so make a note of the card approval numbers, in case Hillarys start chasing you for the missing money

I know other advisors have had the same problem, so make a note of the card approval numbers, in case Hillarys start chasing you for the missing money I also had the same problem today, I have done 3 orders, 2 card payments, message came up that payment has been taken, but order was not saved. Please use paper order and contact Head office immediately. Now how stupid will it look if you have to write out the whole order again in front of the customer, when you are supposed to be efficient with SAM? I phoned IT after the second order and they did receive both orders and said it is not necessary to do the paper order as well. I double checked it late afternoon and they did receive the orders. Please be advised to double check orders and that payment has been received. I have been extremely busy last few weeks, made a killing previous Saturday 3 appointments and £4 100 orders! Sometimes it is worth putting in effort!!

Forgot to ask, did any of you in the Berkshire or Hampshire region received any blinds that was delivered wrongly to you? I have 6 orders that are missing head rails, one small rolerblind, one 3m rolerblind, one repair, etc. Have been phoning head office everyday, still no answer! Blinds is just missing in action. Head office reply, please check your delivery and van again!! Halloooooooooooo, that is why I am phoning everyday, I haven't received them!! It will be marked for ELLIS. Please pm me if you received some of this deliveries.
