Am I alone in being frustrated by the fact that despite using the edit function on SAM to amend customer name / address details my invoices are being printed without the corrections being made?

I'm finding this a pain especially when correct company names need adding for tax purposes as the customers (quite rightly) want the right details shown on their invoice.

Or am I all alone here?!

Of Course you are not alone !


I agree entirely , i change customer details on a regular basis . If i go to MRS SMITH , and i see her christian name is ANN , then the details on my SAM are reviewed to read MRS A. SMITH.
Hillarys don't apprieciate me doing that , but i can tell you the customer DOE'S !
