Anyone got the instructions for doing this?
I dropped the PDA today and it went in to a manufacturers reset, so I've lost everything

ring IT first thing its quite straight forward but best if they talk you through it. you'll need to know your next order number!
don't use activesync until it is up and running.
if you use it to connect to broad band for the rebuild use as a guest device.
i had to go through this twice recently and as long as you catch them early you should be ok!
