Is anyone else having problems with self gen appoints made through SAM not appearing in your diary, particularly service call appoints. On a number of occassions when I have made an appointment it has failed to appear.

Do you know that you need to connections to head office before it appears in sam. First send it up and updates your head office diary then the second downloads it into your sam diary.
If you run 2 updates from sam (but it costs you) then you'd see it. I've done one after the other and it's appeared straight away but I don't know if sometimes there could be a slight time lag.

I can up/download as many times as I want to for free, so send self gen, then immediatley request latest data. Has always come straight in so far

Anyone trying to use the internet with sam for the first time I think you need to go into ActiveSync settings and make sure:- Tools/Options - Tab Rules - Pass Through is set to "The Internet" It was long time ago I set it up but think I had to do that first
