customer data

can anyone tell me how to get the customer database back on sam.
my phone lost everything today so had to reload it all back on.

I've tried setup - request customer data but keeps failing with message ArgumentOutOfRangeException.

has anyone any ideas.

Had exactly the same problem last week, getting the same error message.....You need to contact I.T department. They have to do something at their end before you can re download customer database.

Hit it with a 5lb lump hammer, that should sort the problem out.
