I tried to get insured as suggested, but it indicates that the insurance is only available if the PDA is under 6 months old, and mine and i would think lots of other advisors have PDA's older than 6 months and therefore not eligible for this insurance.

if my sam requires replacing then its down to Hillary's they imposed it on us then they take responsibility for the replacement.
to me its just a sales aid replaceable just like a sample book?
