I don't know if anyone else had problems with the phone on sam?
my problem at the moment is that I can't ring anyone ,all it does is go into dialing mode then cuts off .
have we had the plug pulled by vodaphone?

Are you sure it's cutting off, not just that you can't hear them. I ask that because this is a fault that I have had all the time with the phone on SAM (they can hear me but I can't hear them). Have actually had the pda replaced once but same problem with new one. A soft reset sorts out the problem for awhile so I do one each morning. Try a reset then see if you can make a call.
"We" can't have the plugged pulled as the contract is with you and not Hillarys (shame but true).

I have also had this problem and had my SAM unit changed because of it
