I have always wondered why sometime on SAM, when doing the fit and going into see the order details, SAM displays "There is no order information".
Seems that if you leave a quote, that is converted whether by yourselves or by quotes department, the details are no longer available. The only details available are the customers and fitting details.
If youy convert a quote on SAM within that 24 - 48 hour period no problem.
So if you are expecting the customer to convert, keep updating the quote on SAM every day, to stop it being sent to HO.

Updating SAM quotes? ?? Whats the point in that? SAM was sold to us on the basis that it would 'SAVE' time & effort not create it!!!!! Bin the thing ... write on an order pad .... then with the time saved you can go & have a 'nice cup of tea'!!!! ;D
