I spent 2 hours yesterday trying to get through to the I T department as my sam device wont work. I kept ringing the number and was put into the queuing system for about 2 minutes..then got diverted back to the original recorded message "thank you for calling the advisor support line..to help us deal with your enquiry...etc"..kept going back into this loop every time I rang...I got very frustrated and eventually gave up trying...I got onto the phone bright and early this morning to try and get through again, only to encounter the same problem...I CANNOT get through at all...Is anyone else getting the same problem and is there another number to try to get through on...My SAM device has been out of action for 5 days now...In one way its a good job I have not hand many appointments to go to.

I recently reported to IT department this was happening and they said they'd look into it. I've had it also do it to me on the order query option, flipping annoying.
If you need to get hold of them use the standard head office number 0115 961 7420, it's not free but I'm sure they will reimburse you ;D ;D

Thanks blindwizard....got through at last and now SAM is back online..all I need now are some appointments Whats " an appointment" Answer--Thats someone Hillarys ring up and give anything from £50 to £250.00 to --just for asking. EXCEPT that is if its for a good cause like a parachute jump for charity----then no chance matey..... Tight fisted uncaring gits...... Nonails..
