this may just be me but has the phone on SAM been set to go to answer phone after 3 rings? can it be lengthened to say 8 rings I say this because by the time I've heard it,got it out of my pocket then out of its little case the bloody thing has gone to answer phone,so i spend most of my time missing calls then having to call up the answer phone which in turn must cost more.maybe its been set like this for that very reason?they have given us a cheaper rate so have got to make it up somewhere. if it can be lengthened how can it be done Ive tried everything in the manual but so far no luck.can anybody help? ??

Have you also noticed that not 3 mins after you miss the call the call back comes through and rings this time for at least 8 times and then rings you back again and again until you answer it. If you are with a customer its embarrassing, if you are driving its dangerous. Red

switch on the phone, go to tools at the bottom and choose options. In options choose the "more" tab and you can change the number of times phone will ring before answering

It is set for 10 rings but still cuts off after 3. I think it is a quick scam by Vodophone to rake in more cash. Red

We had the same problem so we rang Vodaphone who told us to type in **61*121*10*30# then press the green button to ring it. The number you put in before the hash sign (we've put in 30) is the number of seconds it will ring before going to voice mail. Hope I've typed the code correct, if I haven't let me know but our's does work fine now. Swan

Tried the code on mine but I keep getting 'Can't support command' Does this mean I'm bug***ed? Worked ok on mine, did get that at first but didn't put 2 asterisks at beginning. Make sure you put 2 asterisks at beginning and don't forget hash at end
